Position: Alumni Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Visiting Scholar
Past affiliation: Research Assistant Professor, Dermatology, Yonsei University College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea
Research: Dr. Shin has accumulated extensive clinical experiences on various chronic inflammatory skin diseases including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and wound healing. Primary focus of her research is to understand the pathogenesis and to develop the new treatment methods for inflammatory skin diseases. She has worked on immunocompetent 3D skin model with interest in interaction between immune cells and constructs, and maintenance of epithelial stem cells.
